Returns Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased on Basanti Couture therefore please read the product disclaimer below, and take precise measurements when choosing a size.
Faulty Items Policy
All items are quality-checked before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please email basanticouture@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. In your email, include a picture of the fault, the date of purchase, and your order number. All faulty items will be exchanged for the same product. If the same product is not available, a partial refund will be issued.
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response after notifying us of a fault. Faulty items must be returned to us within 14 days in their original packaging (a return label will be provided).
Customs Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
International orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes charged by your country's customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Charges & Delivery Timings
All ready-to-ship items are prepared for dispatch the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.
UK Mainland & Northern Ireland:
Default Royal Mail 48 Tracked: Free on all orders
Tracked 24 (Order must be placed by 1pm): £8.99
Special Guaranteed Delivery Before 1pm: £14.99
Rest Of The World:
Default Tracked & Signed For: £23.99 - £55.99
For any parcels that are lost in transit, customers must contact the courier directly. Once an order has been dispatched and proof of postage has been provided, responsibility for the parcel lies with the courier, and any delivery issues must be resolved between the customer and the courier.

Due to the intricate, heavy embroidery on outfits, some sequin loss may occur over time as a natural result of wear and handling.
Limitation Of Liabilities
Basanti Couture are not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or damage from wear and tear.

Client photos will only be shared on Basanti Couture’s website or social media with the owner’s consent.
